Just came across a posting on Craigslist for a Key West bar for sale in the Old Town neighborhood. Information on the listing is limited but with an asking price of $175,000, it might be worth taking a look at it. With four bars and a stage for live music, the income potential sounds like it’s there. If you decide to buy it, you just have to figure out how to afford to live in Key West!

It’s not the Caribbean but it is about as close as you can come to that region in the US. Plus, you can drive there which would be cool for all your friends when they find out you now own a bar in Key West.
