St. Lucia Set to Reopen to International Travel

The Caribbean country of St. Lucia recently announced that it will begin a phased reopening of its country to international travel on June 4th. The country, which has a population of about 180,000, had a total of 18 cases of COVID-19. Of those 18 people, all have recovered.
