Having eaten at a Thai restaurant in Delray Beach, Florida for dinner last night, it seemed only appropriate to feature a bar in Thailand for this week’s “Beauty in Bars” article. Pattaya rarely disappoints and Shore, the pool bar/restaurant at the Hilton Pattaya featuring views of the infinity pool and Pattaya Bay, made it an easy choice.
