Carnival Cruise Line Announces Return of North American Cruises

In a press release sent out on May 4th, Carnival Cruise Line announced that there would be a phased-in resumption of North American cruises this summer. Beginning on August 4th, eight ships from Miami, Port Canaveral and Galveston would resume cruises:

Galveston: Carnival Dream, Carnival Freedom and Carnival Vista
Miami: Carnival Horizon, Carnival Magic and Carnival Sensation
Port Canaveral: Carnival Breeze and Carnival Elation

From June 17 through July 31, all North American cruises would be cancelled. Besides the three ports listed above, all other home port cruises in North America would be cancelled through August 31st.
