Neptune’s Treasure Hotel and its Wonderful Little Beach Bar for Sale in Anegada, BVI

Tagged: , , , , , ,

Neptune’s Treasure, a hotel located on Anegada in the British Virgin Islands, and its perfectly placed beach bar are for sale. Previously featured on this blog (see linked article in previous sentence), Neptune’s Treasure is currently a family-run resort. With nine rental/hotel units, two separate apartments for rent, two private residences for owners plus a yet-to-be renovated building that could house two more apartments, Neptune’s Treasure represents an excellent opportunity with plentiful accommodations. Did I mention the wonderful onsite beach bar?

Additional daily ferries from Virgin Gorda and Tortola represent an opportunity to expand the business to year round, according to the listing, as it is currently open during the winter only. Other amenities include a 90,000 gallon cistern, large dock, high speed wi-fi, mooring ball field, AC in the bedrooms, a bakery/kitchen, restaurant, utilities on site and town water along with the cistern water.

All of the above sits on two acres of prime beachfront location on the southern coast of Anegada toward the southwest corner on Benders Bay. With very little other developments on the beach, the opportunity to own your own paradise getaway is just an inquiry away.

Bonnie Dougall of Remax is the current listing agent. You can contact her to find out more about Neptune’s Treasure Hotel (and beach bar) being for sale.

    • Hi Henry. They are now asking a reduced price of $3.9M which is getting close to numbers that could work. They were asking Higher $5m prior. I’m an experienced hospitality operator and investor within the states and USVI. I’m looking to make a move back to the Caribbean to run a place if you ever would like to connect. 978-869-8042.

    • Hey Dave,
I saw your post from a year ago on Beach Bar Bums and wondered if you found a place. I am a Bar/Restaurant Outreach Swag Marketing Engineer. Basically I do giveaways, play crazy bar games, and keep people spending money. I do everything from entertainment hiring to Events Planning. But mostly i gather customers in key locations and keep them there during the “down times” and slow days while keeping it going during the busy seasons.
Give me a scream if you are still in the market for beach and island living or you have purchased one. You will need a small team that has your back, and i am my own small team and live to be awake during the night. Marketing to entertainment. I own sign machines and T-shirt/hat equipment. We do a lot of led blinking and crazy fun toys for adults that keeps them hostage to the fun bug.
By the way my idea of fun is not trivia night unless it involves foam cannons for wrong answers and clothes swapping just for being smart enough to win… anything to keep people laughing and having a good time..!!!
