I’ve always thought about an escape to the Cayman Islands and one beach bar that has always been at the top of my list to visit is Kaibo Beach Bar and Grand Cayman. Located on a peninsula just south of Rum Point, Kaibo is located far away from the hustle and bustle of the world famous Seven Mile Beach.
Don’t let its location away from Seven Mile Beach dissuade you from visiting. Besides offering the beach bar, Kaibo also has a full scale restaurant along with a marina, offering you plenty of activities throughout the day. It’s like Seven Mile Beach but in this case, you’re surrounded by palm trees instead of people.

About the Beach Bar
“If you want coconut palms at the water’s edge, an ice cold beer, with your toes in the sand, this is the place for you. Part thatched tiki bar, part breezy Californian cool, and a generous dose of Caribbean beach chic – you’re in for an aesthetic treat at this Cayman beachfront restaurant with outdoor grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Casual fine dining is the style; locally sourced ingredients, simple preparation, amazing flavours. The creative menu of affordable plates – local fish, tropical salads, sandwiches – is a comforting crowd pleaser.”
