This week’s beach pic of the week is from one of our most featured countries in Southeast Asia – Thailand. Famous for its popular beaches and with probably as many beach bars per capita as any other country in the world (no scientific proof to back that up but I’ll research it in person if someone’s willing to fund it), Thailand stands out among many of our North American-based followers as a distant not-to-be-visited-any-time-soon paradise. The only way to experience it conveniently is through images like this one. Taken on Phuket, one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations, it’s easy to see why it appeals to so many people, both in person and through invaluable educational experiences online like this blog.
