It’s not often that the devil is associated with places of beauty but an exception would have to be made for Isla Diablo, a small island located in the San Blas Islands of Panama. Not to be mistaken for its similarly named “Devils’ Island” off the coast of French Guiana, Panama’s take has a much less sinister past attached to it. Outside of its name, there’s nothing frightful about it at all and as you can see from the below image, it’s home to beautiful beaches. Have no fear – while it may be warm on this devil’s island, it will never approach the temperatures of its more well-known nefarious destination.
