One of the beach bars in the Caribbean that has always intrigued me is Chat ‘n Chill in the Bahamas. I’ve written about Chat ‘n Chill before on the blog and Instagram user @dana_lejeune’s post from there is a glimpse at its appeal. With colors like that, how can you not be intrigued?
Other pics this week include the view from the quickly-becoming-more-popular Driftwood Boat Bar, a beach bar located on Maho Beach in St. Maarten. Plus, our friends over at Caribbean Soul Trekkers offer up a reminder of the perfect day. Throw in a couple images of what I do when I’m not beach bar hopping (hint – it involves drinking) and you’ve got yourself a pretty decent start to the work week.
If you’d like your images to be featured on the blog, make sure you’re following @beachbarbums, use the #beachbarbums tag and/or tag us in your pics. If you have a travel blog or personal website, I also try and post links to those whenever possible. I occasionally give away free stuff to some of my favorites so that’s pretty cool, I guess. Plus, the blog gets a BUNCH of views per day and the article is shared to all of my social media sites – you’ll never find a more dedicated group of beach bar lovers anywhere! If you’d like me to write an article featuring just your photos, send me an email at info at beach bar bums dot com and we’ll talk it over.
Don’t forget to follow us on Instagram! It’s the most fun you’ll have staring at your phone. Cheers!

A pair of loungers on the beach. A tropical drink in hand. Palm trees swaying in the breeze. A platter of freshly caught seafood at your side. Even the simple things seem better when they're enjoyed from paradise. . . . #simplepleasures #islandvibes #sundayssunandsand #instatravel #beachdays #beachbliss #caribbean #travel #thisisparadise #instatravel #wegetitin #caribbeansoultrekkers
