To be honest, I had never heard of Praslin Island before this week. The second largest island in Seychelles, most of Praslin’s interior is encompassed by Praslin National Park, a setup similar to St. John in the US Virgin Islands. Much like St. John, this results in much of the island being uninhabited, allowing the natural beauty of the land to take hold and flourish. This extends to beaches like the one pictured below, offering much ballyhooed views hard to rival anywhere else in the world.
