I’ve featured the 12 Apostles, a series of rock formations off the coast of Port Campbell, Australia, before in my “Beach pic of the day” posts on the Facebook page. For those of you inspired enough to travel to the area, you can check out 12 Rocks Cafe and Beach Bar.
The beach bar was recently reviewed by the blog candy-yumi.com. A self-professed “make up hoarder,” Candace visited the Port Campbell beach bar and was kind enough to share her thoughts with us. Seemingly ordering about everything on the menu, Candace’s pics include images of the beach bars oysters, curry, beer battered fish, braised pork ribs, chicken parmigiana and countless desserts.
The interior and exterior shots of the beach bar reflect a casual upscale eatery with views of the beach to entice visitors.
Overall, she seemed pretty satisfied with the beach bar, giving it a 7 out of ten while describing it as “average in taste but good enough as a hearty hot meal to warm you up” with food items that “are pretty good compared to the other neighbouring restaurants.”
