One of the things I love about this weekly column is the opportunity it affords myself and the readers to see the latest updates from our favorite beach bars around the world. After all, we can’ visit all of them all of the time. As much as we would love a never ending global beach bar crawl, there are bills that need to be paid, connections that need to be maintained and really, how much rum can you really drink? Thankfully, the beach bar bums community exists and we have posts such as the ones featured this week which include video of the newest version of Ivan’s on Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands and cocktails in places such as Florida, Cruz Bay on St. John and Saba Rock in the BVI. Add a look-in at one of the prettiest beach bars you’ll ever seen in pictures or person and you’ll start to understand the mantra – happy vibe, happy tribe.

If you have a travel blog or personal website, I also try and post links to those whenever possible. I occasionally give away free stuff to some of my favorites so that’s pretty cool, I guess.
