Describing Jibe City’s Hang Out Beach Bar, located on Lac Bay in Bonaire, as “the quintessential Caribbean feet-in-the-sand, beer-in-your-hand experience” that offered “a castaway vibe,” Maven from goinformed.net recently had the good luck of hanging out at a beach bar I consider to be a major inspiration for my future joint. Featuring an in-depth review of this Bonaire beach bar, Maven describes Hang Out Beach Bar as “slightly ramshackle, with few walls and lots of sand” and goes on to describe the food and drink options including sangria by the pitcher.
Maven also delves into Hang Out Beach Bar’s famous Thursday-night-only “Table BBQ” event, a stuff-your-face-full-of-meat feast that includes all the meat your favorite carnivore can handle. Served on a “hibachi-style charcoal grill,” the meal costs $27.50 for adults and $15 for kids up to age 14.
