If you’ve ever been to Bahia Honda State Park, located at the western end of Seven Mile Bridge in the Florida Keys, then you would find it no surprise that it was the most liked “beach pic of the day” post on my Facebook page for the last week. The park is a must stop for anyone driving though the area, especially for beach lovers and hikers. While this image was taken from the beach on the northern side of the southwest tip of the park, my time at the park was spent exploring the larger beach on the southern side. If you didn’t know any better, you’d swear you were in the Caribbean. Whichever beach you choose or whatever activity you decide to partake in, make sure Bahia Honda is on your itinerary for any Florida Keys road trip.
