It makes sense that Instagram posts only offer a glimpse of the beach bars we all love. After all, that’s one of the primary tenets of travel photography – offer you a glimpse into a moment of time in an effort to inspire you to possibly seek out that place in the future. That’s what I particularly enjoy about my “Instagram Monday” posts. They let us catch a peek at somewhere we probably all would rather be and give us an opportunity to make mental notes for future destinations.
Among the inspiring places we get to catch a glimpse of this week are the new Zemi Beach House in Anguilla, Agora Beach in Greece which continues to push the limits of Greek cuisine and White Bay in Jost Van Dyke which is inspiring from about any angle. And those Belize pool views? Don’t even get me started. Florida also offers up some travel inspiration as well with peeks at the Golden Lion Café in one of America’s best beach towns and the Hidden Treasure Rum Bar and Grill in Ponce Inlet, no longer as well hidden as they might like. Especially after the thousands upon thousands of views this article is going to get. Maybe.
If you’d like your images to be featured on the blog, use the #beachbarbums tag and I’ll try and get you in. If you have a travel blog or personal website, I also try and post links to those whenever possible. I occasionally give away free stuff to some of my favorites so that’s pretty cool, I guess. Plus, the blog gets a BUNCH of views per day and the article is shared to all of my social media sites – you’ll never find a more dedicated group of beach bar lovers anywhere! If you’d like me to write an article featuring just your photos, send me an email at info at beach bar bums dot com and we’ll talk it over. Cheers!
