One of my favorite destinations is Anguilla and apparently, it’s a favorite of prospective beach bar owners as well. When I posted this article about an Anguilla beach bar for sale, the response to it was overwhelming. With thoughts of serving food and drinks to some of the highest end clientele you’ll encounter in a setting as awe-inspiring as the beaches of Anguilla, I had over 30 interested parties contact me about the property. While that agreement is still in the works (it’s island time) and only one party can buy the current beach bar for sale, I started thinking to myself “What about the other 30 plus people?” Hence, this article.
I’ve always been told that every beach bar is for sale for the right price so I guess I’m putting that to the test. If you have a beach bar in Anguilla and you’re interested in selling it or bringing in investors, please let me know. As you can see just by the comments on the aforementioned post, working in Anguilla might be working in paradise but it’s better than working in 99% of the other places out there. Budgets for prospective buyers are all over spectrum – I doubt there’s a beach bar for sale in Anguilla that wouldn’t fall into the budget of one of my buyers.

Hi there I’m a Puerto Rican girl living in Sydney Australia who currently owns a small bar by the beach but I’m looking to move closer to the Caribbean and just recently got back from the BVI’s and fell in love with Jost Van Dyke and was wondering if there’s anything for sale in that area?
