When I found out there was an Anguilla beach bar for sale in Sandy Ground, my heart was all aflutter. After all, when it comes to nightlife in Anguilla, there’s one place to go and that’s the row of beach bars that line Road Bay in Sandy Ground. When one of those comes up for sale, it presents a rare opportunity for any self-professed beach bar bum to finally have their own place on one of the premier stretches of beach bars in the Caribbean. Sure, you’ll be working in paradise but seriously … you’ll be working in paradise.

Ranking up there with the likes of Jost Van Dyke’s White Bay, Tortola’s Cane Garden Bay, St. Martin’s Orient Bay and St. Kitts’ South Frigate Bay, the beach on Anguilla’s Road Bay is a beach bar nirvana, starting with Elvis’ on the north end all the way down to Roy’s at the south end. Throw in stops at Johnno’s, Dad’s, the SandBar, Ripples and even the Pumphouse across the street among others and you’ll be hard pressed to find many other areas in the Caribbean with more beach bars in a comparable space.

Hi there, looking to buy a beach bar. I am a South African businessman with a European passport. I imagine the move would be easiest to a location where settlement with this passport is acceptable. I have experience in Food and beverage management as well as a qualification in cocktail bartending – spent 7 years after school perfecting the art of mixology :).
