Six Images That Will Make You Wish You Were at Hemingway Beach Bar in Curacao

Tagged: , , , ,

Hemingway Beach Bar, located at the Lions Dive and Beach Resort in Curacao, has long been a big reason I’ve wanted to vacation on this Dutch island for as long as I’ve been researching trips to the Caribbean. Its placement right on the water with a beach nearby makes it an ideal beach bar bum escape and while fancier beach bars and clubs make their presence known on this island, even right down the beach, Hemingway remains one of those places that just feels like it would be my kind of place. Add another beach bar on the property in the form of Chill Beach Bar and all of a suddent, Lions Dive and Beach Resort sounds like the perfect getaway.

Until the major airlines’ flight plans to Curacao finally fall into place and offer more convenient flights when I need them, images like these of Hemingway Beach Bar will have to hold me over and on a dreary and rainy day like today, that’s just what this body requires.

Happy day dreaming!

  1. Mojitos and Polar Beers… is what we had as we sat with our toes in the water on a Valentines day trip or two. Very cool and the place to be at that end of the island at night.
