If You Have a Beach Bar in the Caribbean For Sale ….

If you have a beach bar for sale in the Caribbean, you might want to pay attention to this article. The Watering Hole, the United Kingdom’s only bar on the beach, is looking to expand its brand and presence to the Caribbean. I’ve been in discussions with one of their directors for almost a year now trying to find them the right opportunity and when one of the preeminent beach bars in a country reaches out to your for help, you kind of feel obligated to help in any way possible. With no luck as of yet, we decided an article putting it out there for the world to see (or at least my 12 readers) might help. If you have a beach bar that you think might be a good fit, the Watering Hole wants to talk to you. Send me an email at info at beachbarbums dot com and let’s get you into that splendid life of retirement you’ve been working your whole life for.

Sunset at the Watering Hole

Background on the Watering Hole
“A family business that started as a shack on the beach since 1977, the Watering Hole is now a thriving beach bar. Voted as one of the best beach bars in the world, it continuously has the biggest music scene in its area and is in our eyes an extremely special place.”

What they’re looking for
“We are wanting to expand the brand that we have created across the seas, so we can share what we offer to everyone else, outright ownership of a lease or freehold would be of interest. If people have an idea that they want to be exploited with the correct team then we would be the right people to get hold of. With the team we have anything is possible to buy a well-established beach bar or grow one. No preferred area just a spot with a unique location.”

  1. Hello,

I came across your article doing research on opening my own beach bar. I am looking to start similar to how The Watering Hole started: just a small shack on the beach! I was wondering if you could give me any advice and/or direction on this new venture as I can see that you have been very successful.

I hope you find your new location in the Caribbean and if you do I would love to work there!

    Thank you for your time,

    Paul Myers

  2. Hello
I would like more information about what your looking for?
I am not a bar owner…I am a teacher and my fiancé is a social worker we have dreams of opening a beach bar and grill. We just resently found the perfect place but we are a few years short of retiring.. We are 45 and 48 we would leave our jobs early or take leaves if the right situation came available.
My question is…is there any way The Watering Hole is interested in a partnership?
The property in question is not a lease its for sale on the beach…Under $400,000 and in the Caribbean.
    Thank you
