People may be living in those areas (they’re rented out year round) so what you decide to do with them is up to you. Located in Calibishie on the northeast coast, the beach bar also comes with a fully equipped commercial kitchen and sits on a half acre of land. It’s part of the Red Rock Haven Hotel so I’m not sure what the status of that relationship is.
