I have a buyer who is very interested in purchasing an established beach bar that also offers a lunch and/or dinner menu. Available living quarters are also desired but could be purchased separately. Any information you provide to me (full financials will need to be made available at some point in the process) will be kept confidential and will only be provided to the prospective buyer.
The buyer is very serious about purchasing a beach bar. I have discussed this with them in depth and their intent is to purchase one within the next year. While their preferred location would be Aruba, they will consider any location in the Caribbean.

Saw this on Craigslist the other day. It’s not the Caribbean….East coast of Florida. At 45 grand, it seems to probably be too good to be true. I haven’t called or checked it out
