The more beach bars a resort has, the more likely I’m going to whip out my credit card and book a stay. While most of the resorts in St. Pete Beach have one beach bar, Sirata Beach Resort ups the ante and gives you two to choose from. Rum Runners, which is located between the water of the pool and the water of the ocean, offers “an expanded patio dining area with nine flat-screen TVs, comfortable seating, a warming outdoor fireplace, a stage for live entertainment, and portable walls and a heater for those rare chilly days on the beach.” Want to drink your breakfast (or eat it if you insist)? At Rum Runners, you can as they now offer a breakfast menu that includes a bunch of Bloody ladies (Mary, Maria and Jane) and other not so bloody drinks. Oh yea, they also serve food for those of you who insist on a more nourishing breakfast. Then there’s the crown jewel, Harry’s Beach Bar, the oldest beachfront bar in St. Pete Beach and a floridabeachbar.com top 10 beach bar for three years running. “Featuring a cozy fire pit and a prime beachside location, Harry’s is the perfect place to spend a lazy afternoon or an exciting evening.” Harry’s also offers a full food menu that includes starters, salads, sandwiches, and the bar’s famous flatbread pizza. Don’t forget to bring the kiddos as a menu for the younger set is also available.
Feel enticed to visit the Sirata? They’re offering an all-inclusive package for two persons for $299 per night and that price includes taxes and gratuities. Click this link for more details.
