Instead of featuring my favorite beach bar tagged photos on Instagram, I thought today would be a good day to give a quick glimpse into my Florida vacation last week. I’m horrible at posting photos from my vacations once I get back. If I don’t share them online shortly after I take them, they’ll keep showing up on my social media sites’ feeds for weeks on end as a constant reminder to myself that I was once somewhere warmer with my toes in the sand and a drink in hand. It’s akin to self torture but also serves as a constant reminder to get my butt back to the beach where everything is typically just as it should be.
The photos of the yachts were taken at the Palm Beach International Boat Show. I wasn’t planning on going but when we arrived at the Palm Beach airport and drove through the area, the signs marketing it were everywhere. Since I had always wanted to attend the Fort Lauderdale show but had never been able to work out the timing, I decided to take advantage of Lady Luck smiling down on me and attended the Palm Beach show. The opinion of the individual with me was that it was just as good as the Ft. Lauderdale show. Hopefully, I’ll be able to form my own opinion soon.
